3. Dak Prescott, Quarterback

Depending on your league format, quarterbacks may be extremely valuable or it may be the one position with the most depth. Either way, Dak Prescott should be someone you target heavily. Prescott has been one of the most reliable fantasy quarterbacks over the past five years and you can continue to draft him in the mid-rounds.

His fantasy finishes in the five full seasons of his career include, sixth, eleventh, tenth, second, and seventh. He had 321 points in 2021 despite missing one game. I expect that number to go up in 2022 with a full season and a chance to run more thanks to a fully healthy offseason. Rushing points will forever be very valuable to quarterbacks in fantasy. That can even be the playing field for guys that throw less like Lamar Jackson and Jalen Hurts.

But, if Prescott can continue to throw the ball at a high level and run more often, the sky is the limit for the Cowboys’ QB1. If he can get back to the six rushing touchdown range that he was at in his first three years, look for Prescott to make a push at being a top-five fantasy QB. Drafting Prescott anywhere from rounds 8-10 is a great idea as you can lock down one of the top fantasy QBs for a discount.
