3. Micah Parsons and DeMarcus Lawrence will each get double-digit sacks

The Odighizuwa take leads me to my next bold prediction which is that Parsons and Lawrence will both register double-digit sacks in 2022 for the Cowboys. They’ve already been going back and forth about who will have more this season after Lawrence joked that he was upset that he was shown up by a rookie last season.

I believe both will be able to get to this number because of the step that Odighizuwa is going to take. Forcing guards to keep an eye on Odighizuwa will allow Parsons and Lawrence to get more one-on-one situations.

We’ve seen what competitions on this team can do for their effort on the field after last year’s competition started by Lawrence and quarterback Dak Prescott on which unit would score the most.

The fire that was lit under these players was easy to see on the field and we could see it again but this time with players on the same side of the football. Either way, this is a good thing for Dallas because the more sacks they are able to rack up, the more chances Prescott and the offense will have to put points on the board.
