Second-Round Pick (56th overall): Darian Kinnard, Offensive Guard, Kentucky
If the Cowboys do not address the offensive line in the first round, then it is a must in Round 2. Dallas needs help at both tackle and guard, and luckily for them, Darian Kinnard was available at 56th overall in this mock draft simulation.
Kinnard can play both tackle and guard but is expected to be a guard long-term in the NFL. He will be counted on to slide in and start at left guard for the Cowboys. The Kentucky product is an elite run blocker which is something the Cowboys struggled with this past season.

Being able to trade up in the draft and still hold onto their second-round pick is vital for Dallas. They need that second-round pick to find another quality starter. Kinnard is huge (6-5, 345 pounds) and has a mean streak in his game. He will be a welcome addition in Round 2 if he falls to pick 56.
