Free agency has started, which means a new season has begun for the Dallas Cowboys. Over the past week, the Cowboys have made some franchise-altering moves in letting go of starting right tackle La’el Collins and trading wide receiver Amari Cooper.

However, despite all of the moves being made, there is still a lot of talent left on this Dallas roster. It is infused with loads of young studs like Defensive Rookie of the Year linebacker Micah Parsons and All-Pro cornerback Trevon Diggs. Included in the pile of stars of tomorrow is starting wideout CeeDee Lamb.

Today, the spotlight is on the now third-year receiver. When teams make a decision like the one that sent Cooper to the Cleveland Browns, the roster has to be evaluated first. The franchise might not hand out physical grades to the players, but that is what we are about to do here.

Grades will be determined by expectations set before the season and how the production matched on the field. Some players took a step forward and cashed in, while others did not even see the field. For every bright star, a couple of them can burn out.

Let’s take a look at how Lamb did last season, what was expected of him, and give him a final grade for 2021.
