Dallas Cowboys’ 7-round mock with updated draft picks
With the 155th pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, the Dallas Cowboys select …
Otito Ogbonnia, Defensive Tackle – Penn St.
Height: 6’4″ Weight: 320lbs
Career Stats: 76 total tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss, 6 passes defended, 4.5 sacks, 2 forced fumbles
The Cowboys need a big body in the middle of their defensive line with the ability to hold up offensive linemen. Ogbonnia gives his linebackers and fellow defensive linemen the ability to make plays in the running game. During his time in Seattle, Quinn had not one but two big bodies in the middle of his defense that he was able to rotate in and out to keep them fresh throughout the game.
Last season, the Cowboys selected Quinton Bohanna in the sixth round. Adding Ogbonnia to the roster would surely help add depth to this team’s run defense.
Hopefully, he’s still around on day three with the Cowboys having more pressing needs to address early in the draft.
Previous Pick: Tre’ Williams
