2. Andrew Booth Jr., Cornerback, Clemson

If the Cowboys decide they want to address the boundary instead of safety, then Andrew Booth Jr. from Clemson seems like a good fit. This past season at Clemson, Booth had three interceptions and five passes defended.

Booth is a talented coverage cornerback that is also physical in the run game and not afraid to make tackles. He is what the Cowboys need opposite of Trevon Diggs. Similar to Diggs, Booth has great ball skills and always puts himself in a position to make a play.

The one knock on Booth is that he has only started 15 games in his college career. This means he is still raw and Dallas will need to continue to develop him to reach his full potential. Clemson has been a powerhouse for NFL talent over the last few years and Booth seems like another star in the making.

Booth is only 21 years old, but he has all the traits of a true lockdown corner and he is well worth the 24th overall selection.
