4 free agents from the Super Bowl for the Cowboys to consider

2. Brian Allen, C, Los Angeles Rams

We already know the Cowboys are struggling in terms of the offensive line. Brian Allen would be an excellent addition to the team. If Dallas wants an experienced center who can start immediately, this is the guy. Allen also isn’t known for costly penalties that many of the Cowboys’ OL guys commit. Allen has a PFF grade of 80.2, while the current Cowboys center, Tyler Biadasz, has a rating of 64.8. That’s a big upgrade.

Biadasz is just a backup-level center at this point in his career. It would be smart for Dallas to bring in a guy they know they can count on to lead this team. Currently, Biadasz’s backup is Williams, who as we discussed, likely won’t be back next year.

Allen excels at run blocking and is a consistent player. After suffering a knee injury in 2019, the center had a breakout year in 2021. He could be an integral piece of re-establishing the run game for the Dallas offense.
