2. Trai Turner, Pittsburgh Steelers

PFF Season Grade: 69.4

If the Cowboys are looking for someone who’s seen it all then Trai Turner is someone they’ll want to take a look at. He may lack in flexibility with regards to his ability to play multiple positions along the offensive line, but Turner has all the experience you want out of a guard in the NFL amassing over 6,000 snaps during his career.

The experience would surely go a long way in helping with the development of center Biadasz, who really does need a solid left guard beside him.

Like Hernandez, Turner does a very good job of using his hands to control defenders and not drawing any holding calls in 2021. But, just like Hernandez he has issues with false starts and does have some problems against quicker defensive tackles at times.

However, Turner has been quoted as wanting to stay with the Steelers. Last year, he made $3 million with Pittsburgh. After the Steelers final game in the Wild Card round, Turner said:

"“I would love to be back. I’d love to be a part of this organization. It’s been great since I’ve been here. Just enjoying playing for ‘Coach T.’ It’s a first-class organization all around.”"
