If you follow the sports world at all, you know that ESPN analyst Stephen A. Smith lives to trash the Dallas Cowboys. It truly seems like nothing makes this guy happier than seeing the Cowboys fail. He rants about it. He tweets about it. He doesn’t stop talking about it. But, at the end of the day, the broadcaster is getting paid for his hot takes and loud opinions.

Apparently, Cowboys cornerback Jourdan Lewis is over Smith’s antics. Lewis has quite an interesting Twitter feed. He likes to share his thoughts on other sports, TV shows, and other random things he thinks of.

But on Thursday, he tweeted “Damn Stephen A a piece of s***.” Tell us how you really feel! We aren’t sure what prompted this tweet. Obviously, Smith’s ongoing hatred of the Cowboys is certainly annoying enough to be frustrated with the broadcaster.

Lewis then followed up his tweet a couple of hours later with this message. Not sure why he is asking fans to screenshot him given his initial tweet, despite the language, is still up.

Cowboys CB Jourdan Lewis calls out ESPN’ Stephen A. Smith with NSFW tweet

Lewis’ tweet left fans wondering what exactly Stephen A. had done to make him so upset. Run-of-the-mill Cowboys hatred? Or something specific?

One fan theory was a video where Smith talks over an obituary video on the anniversary of the passing of NBA legend Kobe Bryant. In the segment, Smith talks about how current NBA players aren’t living up to Kobe’s legacy. He throws shade at current NBA players for missing games for non-injury reasons, collecting paychecks without regard for participation, and not prioritizing championships.

Many on Twitter thought it was inappropriate for the ESPN personality to complain about what current players aren’t doing over a tribute video of Bryant.

Lewis also could have been mad at Smith’s fake “Wordle” post that was also (of course) slighting the Cowboys. Whatever the case is, we get Jourdan’s frustration with this man.
