The Cowboys host the Raiders today on Thanksgiving, and we’ve got your latest injury news, betting odds and how you can tune in live.

The Dallas Cowboys aren’t going to be afforded the chance to dwell on their Week 11 road loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, and they might actually be a bit thankful this Thanksgiving holiday for the quick turnaround ahead of their traditional home game on this day, the 2021 edition hosting the 5-5 Las Vegas Raiders.

While Dallas has a number of concerns after having lost two of its last three games, Las Vegas enters the game as the traveling team and also having lost all three of its recent contests following a Week 8 bye.

Usually, on short weeks, the home team gets the advantage, and head coach Mike McCarthy’s squad can still take advantage by sticking to a basic offensive approach, which can help make up for what could be some notable injury shortages.

Cowboys injury report vs. Raiders Week 12

For the most part, Dallas’ injury report on a short week is small enough, but there are some notable names here:

  • RB Ezekiel Elliott (knee)
  • WR CeeDee Lamb (concussion)
  • WR Amari Cooper (COVID)
  • S Donovan Wilson (shoulder/chest)

Cooper will be out, as he’s currently on the reserve/COVID list, but Dallas is hoping for some good news with Lamb, as he suffered a concussion against the Chiefs and will have to clear the protocol before returning.

Not easy to do on a short week.

Cowboys vs. Raiders odds, spread, over/under & betting pick Week 12

Injuries and a budding Kansas City defense might have held Dallas to mere field goals a week ago, but one shouldn’t think the offense is completely doomed, particularly if McCarthy and offensive coordinator Kellen Moore look to use Elliott as a means to dominate a Raiders defense allowing an average of 4.5 yards per rush this season.

Perhaps that’s why the oddsmakers over at WynnBET are listing the Cowboys as eight-point favorites for this featured bout, with Dallas’ moneyline coming in at -335.

Las Vegas’ moneyline is +275, and the over/under for this game is 51.0.

Raiders quarterback Derek Carr has been enjoying a productive season, but that shouldn’t alter our prediction of a Dallas win, even though Las Vegas covers the spread in a 31-27 win for the home team.

Cowboys next game and schedule

Dallas might want to look at Week 12 as a must-win game against a scuffling opponent because it’ll have to take to the road for the next three weeks. And while none of those games appear truly daunting, it’s always a challenge to pull off consecutive road wins.

Here’s what’s on tap for the schedule after Thursday:

  • Week 13 @ New Orleans Saints: Thursday, Dec. 2 at 8:20 p.m. ET
  • Week 14 @ Washington Football Team: Sunday, Dec. 12 at 1 p.m. ET
