Cowboys vs. Raiders: NFL weather outlook

Location: AT&T Stadium, Arlington, TX

Stadium Type: Retractable dome, turf

Predicted Forecast: High of 60, low of 36, mostly cloudy and breezy, winds of 15-16 MPH with gusts up to 20-21 MPH

Thanksgiving in Dallas always brings out a full stadium. Fire up the fryer, throw in the turkey, get the sides going, and have a few cold ones as we enter the long weekend.

AT&T Stadium parking lots should be a full-on party and feast this week.

The weather could not be better in Dallas for a late November day. Perhaps they keep the roof open and let a little fall air inside to really cater to the full atmosphere. Keep it just cool enough to let it have no effect on the players, but just warm enough to be perfect weather for a jersey and hoodie in the stands.

The Cowboys come into Week 12 toting a 4-1 record at home, and after the debacle of the Denver Broncos game, fans seemed to get the memo and turn up the volume when they hosted the Atlanta Falcons a week later.

This trend needs to continue and build even more of a home-field advantage.

Halftime will feature mega-star country singer Luke Combs that should be much more relevant to many Cowboys fans. I’m a big fan of Combs myself and he should keep the energy going within AT&T through the break.
