“Guess who’s back, back again, the weather’s back, tell a friend.”

I know I have a few old-school Slim Shady fans out there. Put that hand up high, don’t you be scared. I know you want to raise it. Be proud.

Here we go, again. The fact you guys keep coming back and seeing this segment truly is incredible. I get to nerd out and look at some weather. You get to read my bad jokes. It’s really a lose-lose for all of us. But we will handle this pain together.

Anyhow, the Cowboys continue their indoor/turf journey and host the Broncos at AT&T Stadium. Yet to lose on turf, I’m cool with keeping things rolling. I suspect the windows and roof will be open on a beautiful day down in Arlington for the 1 pm ET kickoff. I hope you tailgaters have a cold Miller Lite for me. Am I allowed to say that? Hope so! At least it’s a Cowboys sponsor.

Being on turf is somewhat of a hidden importance if Dak Prescott plays, which I believe he will, as it provides consistently firm ground. I also suspect the Cowboys to get things going early with some shots in an effort to get out to a lead early. The weather, or really, lack thereof, plays right into this.

In the NFL there are so many unknowns each week and the more often we get to cross weather off that list, the better.
