Fantasy football season is right around the corner as drafts will begin to commence in the coming weeks. The high-powered Dallas Cowboys offense should have many top fantasy players on their team.

I want to go position by position and give you some names of the Cowboys players you should be targeting in your drafts. Without further ado, here is the Dallas Cowboys fantasy football preview.

Quarterback – Dak Prescott

Dak was one of the best quarterbacks in fantasy football last year before going down in week five with the ankle injury. He was on pace to break the record for most passing yards in a season.

I am expecting him to pick up right where he left off. The Cowboys are going to need to rely on Dak to score plenty of points due to an inexperienced defense. Plus, adding a 17th game means Prescott should easily reach 5,000 passing yards for the season.

It remains to be seen how much Dak will use his legs this year, but any rushing he can give you is an added benefit. I still think he gets anywhere from 4-6 rushing touchdowns this season.

According to Fantasy Pros, Prescott’s average draft position (ADP) currently has him as QB5. But, I would feel comfortable taking him as QB3 (after Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen). Dak is a high-end QB1 for fantasy and should be drafted as such.
