3 young Cowboys defenders flourish in loss to Cardinals

2. Jabril Cox, LB

I keep finding myself writing about Jabril Cox for all the right reasons. He continues to make an impact whenever he steps on the field.

In this game he led the team in total tackles with eight (seven solo) and had two tackles for loss. Also, Cox had some really good moments in coverage, which was his best trait coming out of LSU.

He seems to always be around the ball, doing his best to make an impact anyway he can. Cox was also great on special teams, specifically making a great tackle on a returner right before he was going to bust out.

The two rookies Jabril Cox and Micah Parsons have both shown the ability of cornerstone linebackers for the Dallas Cowboys for years to come.
