Cedrick Wilson Jr., WR

Against the Seattle Seahawks in Week Three of last season, third=year wide receiver Cedrick Wilson Jr. flashed his potential as a starter. Wilson had a monster outing, bringing in five of his seven targets for 107 yards and two touchdowns.

Originally drafted in the sixth round of the 2018 NFL Draft out of Bosie State, Wilson suffered a shoulder injury that stunted his development early and robbed him of his entire rookie season. Then, he was limited to playing just 7% of the offensive snaps in his second season.

But last year, Wilson had a bit of a breakout despite his place on the roster. Playing all 16 games for the first time in his career, he’d recorded 17 receptions off 28 targets for 189 yards and those two scores.

As the fourth receiver on the depth chart behind Amari Cooper, Michael Gallup, and CeeDee Lamb, Cowboy fans have to have confidence in the team’s depth at receiver with an ascending player like Wilson coming off the bench.
