Ranking all the Cowboys primetime games in 2021

The Dallas Cowboys are one of 10 teams that have five primetime games in 2021. Once again, the NFL schedule favors “America’s Team.”

The Cowboys on the biggest stage serves the NFL well. Two of the top three most-watched Thursday night games involved Dallas, 2016 against the Minnesota Vikings and 2018 against the New Orleans Saints. They also have four of the top ten most-watched Monday night games since 2006.

The Dallas Cowboys simply bring in a ton of views. This is likely why the NFL keeps giving them primetime games. Last season, the Cowboys also received five primetime games. However, they only played in four when the NFL flexed out their Sunday night game against the San Francisco 49ers.

This upcoming season, the Cowboys will play five games on primetime, not including their Thanksgiving day game against the Las Vegas Raiders. These are possibly some of the best games that Dallas will play in all season long.
