Third Round (99th overall)- Brady Christensen, Offensive tackle, BYU

2020 stats: Started all 12 games, First-team All-American selection

Dallas has two really good offensive tackles in Tyron Smith and La’el Collins. But, as they continue to age the more injury-prone they become.

The Cowboys should start looking to the future of the offensive line and Brady Christensen would be a fine selection at 99. He would be able to sit behind Smith and Collins for a season or two, which would help his development before becoming a full-time starter.

Finding a sure-fire starting-caliber player at the end of the third round is difficult, so it might pay for the Cowboys to draft someone who they can develop into a good offensive tackle in the future.

There is even the possibility that Christensen could step in at guard if an injury were to occur or if Smith and Collins show no sign of slowing down.

Trending. With the tenth pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, the Cowboys select …. light

Overall, I like the upside of Christensen at 99 and could see him being a long-time starter for the Dallas Cowboys if he is indeed the pick.
