The Dallas Cowboys headed into this offseason with a plethora of needs that were heavily skewed towards the defensive side of the ball. The team has made a handful of (somewhat) significant moves thus far in free agency to attempt to address some of these needs.

The organization made what was arguably its biggest move of free agency (at the time of this writing) when it signed safety Damontae Kazee, who led the league in interceptions with seven back in 2018. Dallas also signed safety Keanu Neal, who will reportedly play at weakside linebacker next season.

America’s Team also made a handful of underwhelming signings to try and add depth to its defensive line. However, the Cowboys also saw two of their top defensive free agents, cornerback Chidobe Awuzie and safety Xavier Woods, get picked up by other teams.

All of this still leaves the team with several pressing needs, mostly on the defensive side of the ball, and less than ten million dollars in cap space. Fortunately, the organization holds a whopping 10 picks in the upcoming NFL Draft, starting with the tenth overall pick.

The Dallas Cowboys will need to “hit” on several of its picks if it wants to adequately address its needs by the start of next season. Without further ado, here is another full, seven-round mock draft for the Cowboys.
