It has been quite a week for your Dallas Cowboys but now is not the time to sit back and wait for things to come to them. The team has done a phenomenal job at quieting down the naysayers and starting Monday afternoon, the team can not only build off of a great week but they can get the hype train rolling.

If you haven’t been paying attention, the team made a flurry of moves that will no doubt have an effect on this upcoming week but there also a few moves that could be read into too much.

The start of the free agency tampering period has already begun and once the clock hits real-time go, the steady but already planned contract terms will come to light. I am holding out hope that the Dallas Cowboys have done their due diligence and have a plan at not only getting free agents to hear the Cowboy’s pitch but one that actually nets the team some much-needed defensive help.

I have a sneaky suspicion that the team has a really good feel for this year’s crop of free agents and what they would “hypothetically” cost which is why they haven’t gone after some big names already out in the market. I could be wrong and those players could be waiting to see what the market dictates before making a decision but what fun would that be?

It has been a whirlwind week with so many headlines so I offer you a single source to catch up on the latest Dallas Cowboys news.
