What should have been a celebrated path that led to a potential NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year award for Cowboys 2020 first-rounder CeeDee Lamb all but disappeared following the season-ending ankle injury suffered by quarterback Dak Prescott in Week Five.

While Lamb has still found ways to shine despite not having his primary signal-caller under center, we can only dream about what might have been if the Cowboys ‘ offense had been at full strength the entire season. The 17th overall selection in the 2020 NFL Draft out of Oklahoma has recorded 53 receptions for 650 yards and four touchdowns through his first 11 games. And he’s done so with very inconsistent quarterback play since early October.

There’s little doubt that Lamb is set to become a superstar in 2021. His rookie season was simply an appetizer. Prepare yourselves for the main course …
