It’s turkey day with the Dallas Cowboys. Are the ‘Boys really back in town?

First, I just wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours. As we convene for this great tradition, whether virtually or together, I hope you and your family enjoy another round of this amazing tradition of the Dallas Cowboys playing on the Thanksgiving stage.

With the way things are outside, I can only express my gratitude to the readers on this site and having this platform to express my thoughts. I truly wish you a safe and fantastic Thanksgiving Holiday, wherever you are on this globe.

So, let’s talk about the elephant in the room. Are these Cowboys for real now? The ‘Boys strung two solid games together against formidable foes. First, Dallas danced with the undefeated Steelers, giving them a scare and a few thrills.

Last week, the Cowboys wouldn’t waiver against the Minnesota Vikings, a team fighting hard to remain in the NFC Playoffs picture. In the end, the Dallas Cowboys swung hard and left Minnesota with a big win, 31-28.

Now, if you kept up with my columns you’d know I’m not a fan of this current core. In fact, I voted for the team to “ensure” a top slot in the following 2021 NFL Draft. So, to my surprise, the Cowboys are playing lethal football, offering promise and a legit shot at the playoffs.

Talk about a roller coaster. The Dallas Cowboys have reached a turning point in the season. Are these ‘Boys for real about making a run for the playoffs? The Turkey showdown against the Washington Football Team will spell out a lot of truth.

Here are three notes to digest before the Dallas Cowboys welcome in a familiar foe. And hang around to the end for a prediction!
