In the spirit of Halloween, here are some scary facts about the Dallas Cowboys

Halloween has always been one of my favorite holidays and unfortunately, the Dallas Cowboys are doing their part in making our nightmares a reality. Jason, Freddy, and Jerry? Who would have guessed?

The Cowboys started the season filling everyone’s head with hopes and dreams of finally making it back to the promised land. Instead, this team took a U-turn and are now statistically heading towards a monumental statistical category that could make this squad infamous.

Scary facts and stats are always trivia questions that fade with time but this team has done something that I have not witnessed in my entire life rooting for them.

Become sellers at the trade deadline. Even the 1989 season didn’t feel this bad as social media has made a bad season feel multiple times worse.

Even at the beginning of owner Jerry Jones’ tenure, running back Hershel Walker has been the only super name to have been traded by this club.

Now heading into a game for first place in the NFC East, the team has jettisoned multiple underachieving players making this ghoulish season one that will remain in my nightmares forever.
