Seahawks expert picks Dallas Cowboys to win on Sunday
4) Who is the one unheralded Seattle player you believe will shock Cowboys fans on Sunday?
Vowell: David Moore. Moore has played with the Seahawks for the last four years. Every year I think, “Why is he still on the team?” Moore will have a few really good games and then be invisible for a few.
But this year he seems different. He has caught all 6 of his targets and had a great touchdown catch against the Patriots on a deep throw from Russell Wilson.
Moore isn’t huge at 6-feet tall but plays bigger. And this year he has taken on punt return duties and has been really good. He has returned two punts this season, one for 15 yards and one for 20. He isn’t explosive but is shifty enough to make a few people miss and pick up productive yards.
5) What is your prediction for the game and final score?
Vowell: This is one of those game where it is easy to think it will be 38-35 in the end. But also one of those where the final for no real reasons is 17-14. Both offenses are very good and both teams struggle with the pass rush.
Both teams are coming off emotional wins in the last minutes of their week two games. This should be a great game for the average fan to watch. The good thing for the Cowboys is there will be no 12s in CenturyLink. I do think it will be high scoring with both quarterbacks putting up big numbers and I think Dallas wins 35-32.
