2020 Dallas Cowboys: Forecasting the season-ending record
By Tyrone Starr
What will the Dallas Cowboys record in 2020 look like? Let’s take an in-depth look at their schedule and predict their outcome.
Remarkably, we are less than five days away from another season of Dallas Cowboys football. So much has happened between the last time this team played a meaningful game and now. The thought of actual football being played seems surreal and exciting, all at once.
There is no getting around it, however. We are here and football will be played (at least for now). The Dallas Cowboys open up the season traveling to Los Angeles to battle the Rams on Sunday Night Football.
Primetime is certainly nothing new for the Dallas Cowboys, despite all the other things that will be for this team. Expectations are nothing new either. This matchup pits two teams that are coming off of disappointing campaigns in 2019, looking to immediately rectify that in 2020.
Of course, the Rams are just one of many matchups this season for the team and its fans to look forward to as the quest for a sixth championship begins. Plenty of pundits have the Dallas Cowboys vying for a shot at another ring.
You gotta crawl before you can walk though. Before we even start thinking of hoisting the Lombardi Trophy, there are games to play. Sixteen… hopefully. As such, it is time to breakdown each game of the upcoming season to see how many wins I forecast this team to tally.
Below I will break out the crystal ball, put my Carnac the Magnificent hat on and boldly step into the future, giving a short breakdown of how each game will end. How will the Dallas Cowboys fare in 2020? Let’s get this party started.
