The Dallas Cowboys open their season in about 10 days. Here are three things they must do in order to have success this season.

The Dallas Cowboys are nearing the starting line of their season as they get set to race towards their opportunity at an NFL Championship. Like every season, this Cowboys football season is one full of hopes and expectations.

With a ton of storylines, motivation, and talent to go around though, things should be nothing short of interesting once it finally all kicks off. Will it lead to success though?

That is a question that is yet to be answered, of course, as well as one that we wouldn’t even begin to try answering. That then leads us to another question though.

What even is a success this season for the Dallas Cowboys? What does said success look like?

That can be a complicated answer, depending on who you ask, but I have narrowed it down quite a bit. For me, success would be to win the division, with a record of at least two games over .500, while also winning at least one game in the postseason that isn’t a Wildcard game.

That ultimately means winning two games if somehow in the Wildcard game. I didn’t say it was simple, but it was narrowed down to a succinct little phrase or so.

The Cowboys can do that, as they are lock and loaded with talent and a new coach that should know how to properly put that talent in places to execute at a high level.

Speaking of execution though, there are a few things the Cowboys must do in that department to have the above-mentioned success this year. Here are those three things that Dallas must do in order to have success this season.
