4. Kalija Lipscomb | Vanderbilt | Wide Receiver | 123rd overall

Relax. The Dallas Cowboys find a receiver who can play outside and the slot position. Meet Kalija Lipscomb, who is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana.

Lipscomb played four seasons at Vanderbilt. He played 46 total games. Overall, he accumulated 198 receptions, 2,356 receiving yards, averaging 11.9 yards a catch, and scored 22 touchdowns. His 2018 season was a stand out year for him, where he caught 87 balls for nine scores.

In addition to catching duties, the wide receiver does have some rushing experience on his résumé. He ran the ball 24 times, averaging 6.2 yards a pop, totaling 149 yards and one score.

In his first two seasons at Vanderbilt, Lipscomb was used as a punt and kick returner. As the punt return specialist, he totaled 24 returns for 232 yards, averaging 9.7 yards. He returned three kick returns for 49 yards, averaging 16.3 yards.

I like his size and ability to lift starters, Michael Gallup and Amari Cooper. Kalija Lipscomb isn’t the fastest man in the world; he ran a 4.57 in the 40-yard dash. But at six-foot-one, 201 pounds, I like his athletic ability and dependability.
