6. The Kellen Moore Kool-Aid

Sometimes, I just want to break my television. Off a hot start at 3-0, the media was debating if Kellen Moore was off to the head coaching races. Please. Ladies and gentlemen, this is blasphemy.  I mean, seriously, I am embarrassed for these networks.

Moore still looks like the pizza boy after four games. He was the Cowboys backup quarterback just two seasons ago. Yes, he booted his campaign season 3-0, but he played teams that college squads could beat.

This is not a knock on Moore. He’s done his job up to this point and I’ve seen enough promise to believe he will continue to thrive. The bottleneck is not him; it’s Jason Garrett. But to actually watch the media shower Moore in Kool-Aid is absolutely ludicrous.

Give the offensive coordinator a couple of years, please. At the very least, let the 2019 season end before we get out the anointing oil. Goodness.
