9. 39.9 quarterback rating

In two games, quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick has a quarterback rating of 39.9. In his season opener, he had a rating of 23.8 and a QBR of 3.9. Things didn’t get much better last week either. Yet, the Dolphins organization are prepping him to start against the Dallas Cowboys.

Well, regardless of the outcome, Josh Rosen is on the roster. Does he make an appearance in Big D? It probably won’t matter, but remember, a lot of folks wanted Rosen in Dallas to challenge Prescott. Do you still feel the same now? I wonder.

10. Number 15

The Michael Gallup secret is out. The kid was making a name for himself. The wide receiver was playing arguably like a number one receiver. He’s been Dak Prescott‘s favorite target.

In two games, he was targeted 15 times, catching 13 of those balls. He had 226 receiving yards, earning a 17.4 average per catch. Nine of his 13 catches went for first downs.

Now, the Dallas Cowboys will line up without Mr. Gallup for two-to-four weeks due to a knee injury. Who will step up? Devin Smith, you’re up. Smith has looked flashy since the preseason. The speedy receiver, a former second-round pick, has a chance and I think the Cowboys will be just fine. Get well soon , Gallup.
