SUMMARY AND PREDICTION

Every Cowboys position group is at least as well-equipped as last season. The honest truth is the vast majority are significantly improved and deeper. On paper this is the ideal combination needed to win a championship.

THAT BEING SAID…

There are real concerns with multiple key players ‘managing’ injuries to start the season…Jones (hip), Cooper (foot), Martin (back), Lawrence (shoulder), Lee (knee), Smith (back). Most of the injuries are critical to performing each position’s duties.

Unfortunately I expect a rash of untimely, re-aggravated injuries during the season. While depth is good enough to win, the brutal schedule will require above average health to win the NFC East. Dallas will fall just short of the division title repeat…

2019 Record: 10-6 (4-2), second place NFC East (behind Eagles)

2019 Result: Wildcard berth, 1-1 in playoffs, losing NFC Divisional Round

dark. Next. The top 10 Dallas Cowboys to never win a Super Bowl

But what do you think? How far will the 2019 Dallas Cowboys go? Will they once again win the NFC East? Will they finally get over the Divisional round hump in the playoffs?  Tell us in the comment section below.
