Dallas Cowboys at 49ers: Preseason game time, stream, channel, more
The Dallas Cowboys will kick off their first preseason game of the year this Saturday night against the San Francisco 49ers at Levi’s Stadium.
The Dallas Cowboys will kick off preseason action this Saturday night against a familiar foe, the San Francisco 49ers. The exhibition will take place in Santa Clara, California at Levi’s Stadium. This will be the Cowboys’ third preseason matchup against the Niners since 2015, having lost the two previous contests.
As this is the first preseason game for both teams, don’t expect to see some of the bigger names to participate. With the Cowboys’ offensive line dealing with injuries, it’s unlikely quarterback Dak Prescott will take any snaps under center against the 49ers. And running back Ezekiel Elliott will certainly be absent as he continues his holdout for a new contract extension. But this contest will be an excellent time to evaluate the Cowboys’ roster depth and serves as a debut for several rookies and free-agent signings.
