Larry Allen Jr., OL, Harvard

Listed at 6-foot-4 and 285 pounds according to the Harvard Football website, Allen isn’t quite as hefty as his father was during his Cowboys playing days. That’s a small factor though because at his height, he could definitely put on good football weight to bulk up his frame. What you do know about the junior Allen for sure though is that he is an intelligent individual.

If the Bosa brother’s teach anything, it’s that pedigree matters, and this kid should definitely have it. The Cowboys know who’s and what kind of blood he has running through his veins, so they may just give him a shot

Nate Hall, LB, Northwestern

Listed at 6-foot-2 and 238 pounds according to SB Nation, and down seven pounds at his pro-day according to Insidenu.com, linebacker Nate Hall is an interesting prospect. They also reported on his pro-day results that saw him complete the 20-yard shuttle in 4.21 seconds and the three-cone drill in 6.85 seconds.

With his unique combination of size, agility, lateral quickness, and apparent explosion, Hall could be plug-in guy as a passing downs linebacker.

His stats say so too. If you take a look at his numbers, they basically tell the same story. With quite a few talented players left to choose from, the Cowboys have quite the task on their hands. Even if it isn’t among those mentioned here, they should be able to pluck some decent talent from this crop of rookie UDFA players.
