As the Dallas Cowboys continue to make moves to fill their roster, the team continues to stockpile picks. Here’s their second choice in the fifth round.

Day Three of the 2019 NFL Draft was an active one for the Dallas Cowboys. After drafting Memphis running back Tony Pollard with their first pick in the fourth round,. America’s Team traded down twice, making Miami cornerback Michael Jackson Sr. their first pick in the fifth round.

With their second selection in the fifth round, the Cowboys decided to address their defensive end position.

QUICK ANALYSIS: A baseline traits acquisition by the Cowboys here, Jackson has all the physical attributes to be a possible late round steal. He had great production posting 22.5 sacks in three years at Miami. Jackson will have a chance to crack the rotation as a rookie in Dallas playing at left end behind DeMarcus Lawrence.
