The five best draft selections since 2014, based on round and performance were the following:

1. OL – Trai Turner, round three, 92nd overall pick by Carolina (135 points)
Turner has been a starter all five years with four Pro-Bowl appearances.

2. DL – Aaron Donald, round one, 13th overall pick by the L.A. Rams (125 points)
Donald is the most decorated player drafted in the last five years with five Pro Bowl appearances, four All-Pro selections, a defensive rookie of the year and two defensive player of the year awards.

3. RB – Alvin Kamara, round three, 67th overall by New Orleans (102 points)
Kamara has two Pro-Bowl appearances and a rookie of the year in just two seasons with the Saints.

4. OL – Zack Martin, round one, 16th overall by Dallas (95 points)
The five time Pro-Bowl and three time All-Pro guard has been everything you could ask for in a draft pick.

5. RB – Todd Gurley, round one, 10th over by the L.A. Rams (85 points)
Three Pro Bowls, two All-Pro selections and a rookie of the year makes Gurley the fifth best pick in the last five years.

No team has more draft picks already out of the league than the Jets five. On the flip side of that coin, Dallas still has 13 of their 14 picks on their active roster, with offensive lineman Chaz Green being the only player released in five seasons. No other team can boast that many successful selections.
