The Dallas Cowboys posted an impressive win over the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. Here are six things we learned from the Week Six victory.

The Dallas Cowboys were supposed to struggle offensively against the Jacksonville Jaguars highly touted defense. Instead, the Cowboys put up a whopping 378 yards of total offense. 172 yards through the air and 206 yards via the ground in the 40-7 blowout win.

It was a surprising performance from a Dallas offense that hadn’t score more than two touchdowns in a game all season. Against the Jags, the Cowboys scored four.

The difference in the contest was quarterback Dak Prescott. The third-year passer rushed for a career-high 82 yards and a score on 11 attempts. Prescott was also impressive in the pocket, posting 183 passing yards and two touchdowns while completing 63 percent of his passes.

Running back Ezekiel Elliott posted his third 100-yard performance of the season. Through six games, Zeke is second in the NFL in rushing with 586 yards. At this pace, he’ll rack up just over 1,500 yards this season. Elliott rushed for 1,631 yards his rookie year back in 2016.

Defensively, the Cowboys were able to hold the Jaguars to a single touchdown. In fact, Jacksonville was only able to record 204 yards of total offense in the Week Six matchup at AT&T Stadium.

It was a complete performance for the Cowboys. And coming off an overtime loss to the Houston Texans the week before, it’s a victory Dallas desperately needed. Sitting at 3-3 and scheduled to face the NFC East-leading Washington Redskins next weekend, here are six things we learned about the Dallas Cowboys in Week Six.
