2. Get Tavon Austin involved

One pleasant surprise over the first three games of this Cowboys 2018 season is the play of new wideout Tavon Austin.

Almost every single time that Austin has touched the ball this season something electric has happened, including his 64-yard touchdown catch against the New York Giants. Austin is lightning in a bottle, and the Cowboys need to find a way to get him more involved in their offense.

To date this season the speedy wideout has five catches for 81 yards and three rushes for 34 yards. That is a total of just eight touches in-game, and that number clearly needs to go up.

Even if it does not include Austin touching the football, sending him in motion pre-snap or having him run a fake reverse on a run to Elliott, he can make a huge impact on their offense.

Austin has shown his ability to beat teams on the deep ball, and Dallas also needs to use his speed and get the ball out quick to him in space.

Tavon is by far the most electric player on this Cowboys offense, and they need to find a way to get him much more involved than he has been so far.
