Dallas could opt to keep Frederick on their active roster if they believe he could return to play prior to Week 8. Dez Bryant says he’ll play, but maybe “a lil bit later in the year”
For Cowboys fans who still believe in Dez Bryant, the fact he has yet to find a new home is bittersweet. Clearly, Bryant is still a talented athlete who could play a vital role on a NFL team if utilized in the right way. But now the 29-year old is preparing to sit out the start of the season in order to find the right situation. I’m not sure anyone thought Dez would still be a free agent at this point of the year.
