The NFL preseason is quickly coming to an end and teams will soon look to move players. Here are some targets the Dallas Cowboys could look at.

The Dallas Cowboys first and second team offense and defense have played well this preseason. After them though, they haven’t fared so well. Now with the preseason-ending soon teams are going to start trying to trade players they know will not make their rosters.

Free agents will also start to sign with teams. Usually at discounted rates, which is the perfect time for the Cowboys to get players at positions of concern.

Here are two players at each position of concern that are either free agents or on the roster bubble that the Cowboys could try to target.

Wide Receiver

Laquon Treadwell – Trade with the Minnesota Vikings

Laquon Treadwell a former first-round pick hasn’t lived up to his draft selection. He is currently battling the veteran Kendall Wright for the 3rd receiver position. Bringing in a veteran shows the Vikings aren’t sure if he will be able to make any strides to more playing time.

The reason the Dallas Cowboys should go after him is what the love in a receiver. He is big, strong, fast and a very good blocker in the running game. If he is dangled out for a trade the Cowboys should jump on it.

Martavis Bryant – Trade with the Oakland Raiders

I know the first thing that pops into your head with Martavis Bryant is that he can’t as Stephen A. Smith loves to say “Stay off the weed!”. Bryant though has been able to stay clean recently but his new problem is he can’t figure out Jon Gruden’s complex playbook.

Bryant is a lot like Treadwell. He is big, strong, fast and would be able to keep teams honest on defense. The Cowboys have made trades recently with the Raiders. Maybe they can do it again and get Bryant.
