player. 123. . Wide Receiver. (2010-2017). Dez Bryant. 30

This offseason, it felt like the entire NFL was talking about Dez Bryant and his future with the Dallas Cowboys. Ultimately, the Cowboys opted to part ways with the 29-year old wide receiver who had underperformed his massive contract for the past three years straight.

The fact Bryant only has one playoff victory under his belt after eight seasons in Dallas certainly hurts his legacy and had him perilously on the edge of not making this list.

Yet, Bryant owns a prestigious record that makes him one of the top Cowboys in franchise history. Dez is the touchdown king in Dallas. Bryant’s 73-receiving scores is more than any other Cowboy player who has ever worn The Star. That fact alone has saved him from falling out of this ranking.

Throw in his three Pro Bowl nods and a first-team All-Pro selection in 2014, and Bryant barely cracks the top 30 list in my books.

If Bryant goes on to have a Hall of Fame career on another team, then the legend surrounding No. 88 will only grow in the eyes of Cowboy fans. For now, Dez’s career arc is still being written.

Whenever Dez Bryant does decide to hang up his cleats, it’s hard to believe he won’t go down as one of the greatest players in franchise history. That’s despite his recent history in Big “D”.
