The Dallas Cowboys dominate the rankings as they have the most players rated over 90 in the upcoming video game release of Madden 19.

Football fans everywhere get excited for the annual release of Madden, the ultra-popular football video game. And for Dallas Cowboys fans, there’s even more reasons to be excited about the upcoming version, Madden 19, that will be released later this year.

According to Madden-School.com, here are the most notable Cowboys rankings for the newest version of Madden.

Off all the NFL teams, the Cowboys have the most players ranked with a 90 rating or higher with a total of five. Out of their division, the Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles only have three players with that high of a rating. Both the New York Giants and the Washington Redskins only have one a piece.

As for the current rankings, I feel like Elliott is undervalued. Especially considering other running backs like the Arizona Cardinals’ David Johnson (92), the Pittsburgh Steelers’ Le’Veon Bell (93) and the Los Angeles Rams’ Todd Gurley (91) all have equal or better ratings.

And having Prescott at 80 seems a bit low considering he posted near identical numbers to Oakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr, who was given an 82 rating.

Prescott threw for 3,324 yards for 22 touchdowns and 13 interceptions with a 62.9% pass completion rating. While Carr posted a near identical 3,496 passing yards for 22 touchdowns, and 13 interceptions with a  62.7% completion rate. Yet, in the Madden 19 ratings, the Raiders’ passer is given a +2 edge.

Madden adjusts their ratings during the season, so these are just the initial defaults that will be shipped out with the game. As there is usually an update to download when you first play any console or computer game, these ratings could easily be changed on Day One.
