Here’s everything you’ll need to know as the Dallas Cowboys face off against their divisional rivals, the Washington Redskins.

The 3-3 Dallas Cowboys are trying to keep pace with the NFC East leading 6-1 Philadelphia Eagles. The Cowboys next matchup against a divisional rival, the 3-3 Washington Redskins, can help Dallas close that gap.

The Cowboys are coming off a blowout victory over the San Francisco 49ers in California, 40-10. And with running back Ezekiel Elliott available to play against the Redskins, and coming off a three touchdown performance against the Niners, Dallas appears primed for this NFC East battle.

As for Washington, the team is coming off a short week having lost to the Eagles on Monday night. The Redskins have lost two of their last three games, as their only win in that span was a close 26-24 victory over the 49ers. The same team the Cowboys blew out last weekend.

Weather will play a major factor in this game as FedExField is an open air stadium. And the weather prediction is for a 90% chance of rain. In those types of contests, the best running game usually prevails. The Cowboys currently have the sixth best rushing offense in the NFL. The Redskins’ running game is ranked 18th.
