Dallas Cowboys Final Injury Report: Seven Questionable
Following the release of the Dallas Cowboys final injury report heading into Sunday’s game with the Los Angeles Rams, seven players are designated as questionable for the contest.
The Dallas Cowboys will head into their Week Four matchup with the surging 2-1 Los Angeles Rams with several of their defensive players questionable for the contest.
On Friday, the Cowboys released their final injury report prior to Sunday’s contest at AT&T Stadium. The biggest name on the list is two-time Pro Bowl linebacker Sean Lee.
Lee tweaked his hamstring near the end of the team’s victory over the Arizona Cardinals Monday night. And with one less day to rest between games, the 31-year old linebacker will be a game-time decision.
Not having Lee on the field Sunday against the Rams could be potentially devastating for the Cowboys, as the veteran linebacker is the unquestioned leader of the defense. The eighth year defender has led the team in tackles the past two seasons. Unfortunately, Lee did not practice at all this week.
The other big name landing on Dallas’ final injury report on Friday for the first time was starting left guard Chaz Green. It appears Green re-injured his hip, something he has struggled with since first joining the Cowboys. The fact he did not practice on Friday is a very bad sign. His replacement, Jonathan Cooper, practiced with the Cowboys first team earlier today.
Also landing on the Cowboys final injury report are rookie cornerback Chidobe Awuzie (hamstring), corner Nolan Carroll (concussion) and linebacker Anthony Hitchens (knee). All three were limited in all of Dallas’ practice sessions this week and are considered questionable to play Sunday.
Safety Kavon Frazier (knee) landed on the injury report Thursday and has been limited for the past two days. And defensive tackle Stephen Paea (knee) returned on a limited basis to practice on Friday. Paea struggled with the same knee issue last week but was still able to play through it. Both players are considered questionable.

Finally, some rare good news is the fact rookie cornerback Jourdan Lewis was able to practice fully on Friday after missing Wednesday’s session entirely due to a knee injury. It appears Lewis is a full go for Sunday’s matchup with the Rams.
