By Carl Daley
Chidobe Awuzie, Cornerback
The rookie cornerback is expected to have a big role in the upcoming season.
He will likely battle for a starting outside corner position as free agent Nolan Carroll has only been penciled in as the starter during the offseason.

The competition at every defensive back position will be fierce but Awuzie is seemingly up for the challenge.
His versatile playmaking skills have given the defense the ability to give the team an added dimension in the secondary.
We also have to mention rookie Jourdan Lewis who could look to challenge veteran cornerback Orlando Scandrick for the starting slot role.
Lewis can play outside as well and could see time playing in both roles.
Both of the rookies could have a significant role in the season ahead as the team looks towards the future at the secondary position.
