LEFT CORNER (Winner: Brown)

The departure of Morris Claiborne and Brandon Carr opened up the corner position to challenges on both sides.

Anthony Brown acquitted himself well as a rookie. Starting off in sub packages, he eventually cracked the starting lineup outside at left corner.

Expect Brown to improve in his first full off-season and hold off all challengers.

RIGHT CORNER (Winner: Scandrick)

There will be tons of Cowboys fans who slam this pick. But rest assured Orlando Scandrick will start at outside corner in the base defense.

Scandrick started 29 games at this spot in 2013 and 2014. Not to mention he was the team’s best corner in both years.

He missed all of 2015 after tearing his ACL and MCL in late August.

The veteran entered the 2016 season a year removed from his nasty injury and admittedly wasn’t fully recovered.

He began the season less than 100% and proceeded to suffer more injuries to his lower body.

Now that Scandrick is finally back at full tilt, there’s no chance he doesn’t reclaim his starting status as one of the team’s top two corners.
