Dallas Cowboys Draft: Three Rounds of Defensive Back Targets
By Carl Daley
Third Round Targets: Defensive Backs
Teez Tabor (Florida)
I love Tabor in the second round to be honest but would not necessarily reach for him. He is a ball hawk with tackling issues and that is ok with me. The Cowboys need players who can take the ball away and that is what Tabor is best at. He needs to play tighter and work on his footwork but could be a steal for the Cowboys in the first round.
Fabian Moreau (UCLA)
An injury this offseason has knocked Moreau’s value back a bit. He should be good to go by the time the season rolls around if not training camp and that is why he go the nod over Sidney Jones. He is a big player and a former running back but is too careful in coverage. He can get out muscled by smaller receivers and this is concerning. He would be a gamble but worth a look with the Cowboys third round pick.

Josh Jones (N.C. State)
Hard hitting safety that could provide some depth to the position. May not be a day one starter but is a thumper who could earn his snaps. He may be too aggressive at times but Jones fills a need and is one of the better safeties in the draft.
