Taylor Cox, RB, Kansas

Height: 5’11”
Weight: 206 lbs
College Numbers: 21 games | 176 carries | 739 yards | 4.2 avg yards per carry |5 touchdowns

An injury plagued career at Kansas, Cox was absent from the field for 765 consecutive days. His first return game last October produced career highs for him. Perseverance with a refreshingly positive attitude, Cox is unlikely to make the cut but could press for the practice roster.

Mandel Dixon, FB, Tulsa

Height: 6’2”
Weight: 240 lbs
College Numbers: 9 games | 10 carries | 91 yards | 9.1 avg yards per carry | 1 touchdown

Playing as a tight end at Tulsa, Dixon is looking to impress as a fullback for the Cowboys.

Sam Moeller, S, Texas A&M

Height: 5’11”
Weight: 191 lbs
College Numbers: 20 games | 42 tackles | 1 pass deflected | 2 forced fumbles

A special teams demon, Moeller could well sneak onto this Cowboys roster with a good workout this weekend. Carries the honour of being the Aggies 12th man playing on special teams for kickoff coverage, kickoff returns, punt coverage and punt returns.

"“What Sam Moeller has done is phenomenal. He’s a very dependable, reliable, consistent contributor. He’s probably the best athlete of all the other 12th Men that I’ve seen. The thing I don’t think a lot of people realize about that position is it’s basically putting a target on your back… it’s unbelievable how they target him and beat the crap out of him.” – Dave Coolidge, former A&M 12th man"
