We breakdown and grade the draft results for the Dallas Cowboys and the rest of the teams in the NFC East.

With the 2016 NFL Draft officially concluded, let’s take a look at how the Dallas Cowboys and all the other teams in the NFC East fared following the event through analysis and a first-reaction grade.

Washington Redskins

1-22 Josh Doctson, WR, TCU
2-53 Su’a Cravens, LB, USC
3-84 Kendall Fuller, CB, Virginia Tech
5-152 Matt Ioannidis, DT, Temple
6-187 Nate Sudfeld, QB, Indiana
7-232 Steven Daniels, ILB, Boston College
7-242 Keith Marshall, RB, Georgia

Analysis: The Washington Redskins add my top rated wide receiver to their roster in the first round with TCU’s Josh Doctson. Although I don’t believe the receiver position was a need with DeSean Jackson and Pierre Garcon already on the roster, adding a player like Doctson is about more about talent than need. Cravens is a terrific athlete but he’s a tweener. Not sure if he’s a better safety or a linebacker in the Redskins’ scheme.

Fuller is a nice choice and a real value in the third as I had hoped the Cowboys were the ones to draft him in order to bulk up their defensive backfield. The rest add depth to the Redskins roster, although Marshall could turn out to be a real steal in the seventh.
