As the Cowboys fall to 2-6 after a undeserved loss at the hands of NFC East rivals the Philadelphia Eagles, the list of injured players grows.
At training on Wednesday the team looked depleted; most notably on defense.
Sean Lee suffered his second concussion of the season against the Eagles.
And Jerry Jones wasn’t confident that the imperious linebacker will be recovered in time for Sunday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
"“We are taking into consideration that he had an earlier concussion this year…He will have to pass certain tests throughout the week… he’s had an earlier concussion in the year, so that’s quite a hurdle to overcome when you’ve had another concussion.” – Jerry Jones"
With two concussions in little over a month, it’s unlikely the teams leading tackler makes the field for Week Ten; but he won’t rule it out yet.
"“It’s football, it’s early. I’ll know more as the week goes on.” – Sean Lee"
