In order for the Cowboys to get to the next level, they’ll need to re-evaluate their methods of talent evaluation. For many of these players, mis-evaluations have led to long contract extensions, the improper use of draft picks, and ultimately, a portion Dallas’ current lack of success. Giving these players their pink slips at the end of the season is likely a step in the right direction for all concerned.
