Cowboys Were Interested In Mark Ingram
The Dallas Cowboys were trying to work out a trade with the Jacksonville Jaguars in the first round of the NFL Draft, so that the team could move back further in the draft order. When the trade never materialized, Dallas went ahead and drafted USC offensive tackle Tyron Smith. REPORT: Jerry Jones Will Target Safeties In Free Agency
Reports surfaced today on a Pro Football Weekly report that Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones will target veteran safeties in free agency. The safeties who currently hold a spot on the Cowboys roster are Alan Ball, who is expected to actually move back to cornerback this season, Gerald Sensabaugh, Akwasi Owusu-Ansah, Barry Church and Danny McCray. The names on the roster leave a lot to be desired. Outside of Ball and Sensabaugh, the safety group lacks [...]

Of course, he butchered the song — that isn’t good to begin with — so maybe it will have an adverse effect. After his karaoke gone wrong, Cam blessed us with a freestyle rap: “When they see me, [...]

Can the players really be improving without the presence of coaches? Of course, physical activity will get you into shape, but there is no substitute for activities specifically relating to football. One player, Chicago Bears cornerback Charles Tillman, discussed the difference between being in shape and being in football shape. “I don’t care who you are, I think the only way [...]
Dallas Mavericks Advance To NBA Finals
The Dallas Mavericks overcame yet another fourth quarter deficit to pick up a victory in game five over the Oklahoma City Thunder and advance to the NBA Finals. It is only the second time in team history that the team has advanced to the finals. 2006 was the last time that Dallas was present in the NBA Finals and only two players remain from that team — Dirk Nowitzki and Jason Terry. The team will likely face off against the Miami Heat, who they faced in the 2006 finals, barring an unbelievable comeback by the Chicago Bulls. If Dirk can [...]
