The Dallas Cowboys have to beat the Carolina Panthers tonight and Tony Romo must have a good, solid game. But I am not going to make a prediction like sister blog Cat Crave did today. Not only was his prediction hollow, it was homer-ish. Marion Barber throws a bombshell on his new Web site and blog tonight, telling fans that he is “good to go” for Monday night’s prime-time match up against the 0-2 Carolina Panthers at Cowboys Stadium. “It’s always good to have guys that can step in and play well when needed. While the Cowboys would certainly miss the physical tailback, who ran for 124 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries against the Giants, Felix Jones and Tashard Choice have already proven to be more than capable backups. This early injury hearkens back to last season, when Barber ran at less than 100 percent for a majority of the year after never really recovering from a toe [...]

Why are you taking the blame for the Dallas Cowboys 33-31 loss to the New York Giants, Tony Romo? Do you think this shows your newfound leadership skills? But we have to assess one of our corners with some of the blame to. Orlando Scandrick was really bad last night. He was bad in all aspects of the game: he missed open-field tackles on screen passes, got beat deep and he slipped on an Eli Manning touchdown pass to Steve Smith.
